Part 1 Foundation and explanation

www.anile.net (hereinafter referred to as "Anile") is an African cross-border wholesale website composed of buyers residing in African countries and sellers in China (collectively referred to as "users"). In order to ensure the safety of all users and to maintain an orderly marketplace that complies with all applicable and relevant local laws and regulations, products in not all categories may be listed on Anile.net.

1.2. In addition to the list of products that are strictly regulated or completely prohibited by law, Anile.net also imposes prohibitions and restrictions on products of a controversial nature that are not prohibited by law, such as:

(a) Items that encourage illegal activities (such as lock-picking tools, synthetic urine for cheating drug tests);

(b) items that detract from or promote hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance by race, religion or ethnicity;

(d) Stocks, bonds, investment interests and other securities;

e) Pornographic material or articles that are sexual or obscene in nature; and

f) Items that do not provide physical products or services, such as digital currencies.

1.3. This Product Listing Policy lists a number of product categories that are subject to listing or sale restrictions for Anile.net, as well as product categories that are completely prohibited. The product categories and examples of such products detailed below are not exhaustive and should be used as an informational guide only. Seller is always responsible for ensuring that it does not list or sell products that are restricted or prohibited by law in any jurisdiction.

1.4. Remind the seller that the laws of each country are different and that the laws of its country of residence may be different from those of its prospective buyer's country of residence. Similarly, before listing any products on Anile.net, all sellers are strongly encouraged to seek legal advice from a duly licensed legal practitioner in your country and from the country in which you wish to sell so that you are fully aware of the relevant laws and regulations.

1.5. For the purposes of this Product Listing Policy, "Relevant online transactions" are transactions supported by the Anile.net Trading Service Agreement.

1.6.Anile.net reserves the right to modify, modify or otherwise alter the list of products subject to marketing restrictions or prohibitions at any time, with or without prior warning. If Anile.net exercises such discretion, there is no need to reflect such amendments in this product List policy. In general, however, the Product Compliance Rules section of the Rules platform within Anile.net will provide effective notification. Users are encouraged to stay away from notifications made when specific products are listed on Anile.net in order to better inform them.

1.7. The extent of any inconsistency, ambiguity or conflict between the contents of this Product List Policy and the terms, conditions or contents of any other document applicable to the use of Anile.net (including other language versions of this Policy), the English version and the determination of Anile.net shall prevail in absolute discretion.

Part 2 Prohibited Articles

1. Illicit drugs, precursors and drug by-products

1.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing or sale of:

(a) All narcotics, sedatives, psychotropic substances, natural drugs, synthetic drugs, steroids, drugs containing prohibited ingredients, and other controlled substances, including all drugs listed in Schedules I, II, III, IV, or V of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C.801, etc. And any other drugs listed in corresponding similar legislation in other countries;

(b) All drug precursor chemicals (such as those listed in the Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971);

(c) all medicinal side herbs, including but not limited to articles primarily used or designed for the manufacture, concealment or use of controlled substances, such as pipes for the ingestion of illicit substances, injection tools and other means of administering drugs;

(d) Packaging materials known to be used exclusively for the purpose of containing controlled substances;

(e) Materials for the smuggling, storage, trafficking, transport, use or manufacture of illicit drugs, such as cannabis grow lights;

(f) Publications and other forms of media providing information related to illicit drug production; and

(g) any other article or device that may be considered a drug, precursor or by-drug.

2. Flammable, explosive and dangerous chemicals

2.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

(a) Explosives and related ignition and demolition equipment;

(b) Flammable and explosive chemicals;

(d) Toxic and toxic chemicals, such as certain types of highly toxic pesticides;

(e) Dangerous or hazardous materials, such as dangerous goods listed in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code;

(f) ozone-depleting substances;

(g) Products containing hazardous substances or materials (such as asbestos and products containing asbestos, toys containing lead paint, car airbags containing explosives, etc.); and

(h) Any article containing a chemical or substance that may cause irreversible damage or threat to any third party or the community as a whole.

2.2 Anile.net waives the listing and sale prohibitions in Article 2.1, provided that the seller is properly licensed as a seller of the following products in China and the sale does not constitute a relevant online transaction:

(a) fireworks, biscuits and related products

3. Firearms and ammunition

3.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

(a) any instructions (without regard to the medium), processes, assistance or services relating to the production of any biological, chemical or nuclear weapon or other weapon of mass destruction (WMD) or known related agents;

(b) any firearm, ammunition or explosive weapon and/or any related parts thereof (whether complete or not);

(c) Military equipment of any country, whether in standard supply or described as military equipment in the relevant laws of any country, and related parts and components of such military equipment (whether complete or not);

(d) any related parts and components (whether complete or incomplete) of "lookalike" or imitation firearms and/or future weapons, such as BB guns, paintball guns, harpoons, spear guns and other weapons;

(e) Weapons capable of firing projectiles containing any gaseous, chemical or explosive substance; and

(f) Any other item of firearms, ammunition, weapons or military equipment which is deemed to be likely to cause fear and threat to any third party.

4. Weapons

4.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

(a) weapons likely to incapacitate another person or cause serious bodily harm, including but not limited to: Blunt guns, clubs, crossbows, machetes, gulkha, Katana, hunting knives, knives that can be screwed on shovels or other tools, double-ended knives, empty knives, machetes or other equipment for cocktails EOR hammers (or any similar equipment), guide rods,, Lead axillar canes, hard-headed whips, Oriental sticks, bamboo sticks, rattan, long sticks, branch sticks, police whips or heavy leather whips, heavy sticks, Bludgeons, self-defense sprays containing irritants and stains on the attacker's face or sprays that do not contain irritants or the attacker's face (such as pepper spray, etc.), catapults, tactical pens, meat cutters, Special sabers, Meser knives , Kara Mbits, Zombie knives, wedges, scythes, twisted lines and chains, Knuckledusters (blades or non-blades)

(b) restricted knives, such as switching blades, gravity knives, blade handheld devices, misplaced knives and any other knives that can be hidden or concealed to such an extent that a reasonable person may not be able to identify an item as a knife at first glance; and

(c) any instrument of torture, such as those used for the death penalty, torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading punishment.

4.2 Each country may define weapons differently and may have different legal requirements in terms of length, size, blade or use. Seller must comply with any applicable laws or regulations of any applicable destination country.

4.3 Notwithstanding the absence of anything here, Anile.net maintains complete and absolute discretion in the classification of whether certain products constitute weapons. Anile may at any time, with or without warning to the seller, remove any listing that it considers to be a weapon.

5. Government, law enforcement and military issued projects

5.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

(a) any clothing or identifying items that Anile.net considers or considers to be worn or used by government officials in the performance of any applicable national or regional duties, such as FBI jackets, Hong Kong police warrants;

(b) Any equipment considered or considered by Anile.net, such as law enforcement badges, police vehicles, government-issued cuffs, any police equipment and related products commonly used or adopted by officials of any applicable country or territory, is sufficiently similar to official law enforcement equipment of any public authority;

(c) any item in the name, description, or image of the product that explicitly refers to "military" or "war" or that is clear to any reasonable person that the item has a military or war purpose;

(d) any item considered or considered by Anile.net that is sufficiently similar in appearance to an official military medal, medal or award of any applicable country or territory;

(e) any clothing or logo considered or considered by Anile.net to be sufficiently similar to that worn or used by employees of the public transport industry, such as commercial airline pilots, flight attendants, airport service personnel, railway personnel and public transport security personnel of any applicable country or region;

(f) Any manuals or other materials (large or small) relating to large-scale transit commercial transport, such as safety manuals published by commercial airlines and entities operating subways, trains, buses and ferries;

(g) Any official, internal, confidential or non-public document of an entity in the mass transport industry, whether privately or publicly owned.

5.2 Anile.net exempts itself from the prohibitions on listing and sale under Article 5.1 above, but only if Anile.net, in its absolute discretion, considers that such projects are unlikely to lead to any reasonable person because the person holding the following projects wrongly believes that a person currently employed by a government, public authority or public transport entity is:

(a) the uniform, badge and police vehicle products are outdated and bear no resemblance in shape or form to the uniform, badge and police vehicle in question at hand;

(b) Authorized general memorabilia, such as hats, pins, pens, buttons, cufflinks, T-shirts, money clips and paper weights that do not contain the actual badge;

(d) A historical badge that does not resemble a modern law enforcement badge, providing that the description of the item clearly indicates that the badge is a historical work from at least 75 years ago, or that the badge was issued by an organization that no longer exists;

(e) vintage clothing regulations related to commercial airlines or other mass transportation with a description that clearly states that the item is at least 10 years old, no longer in use and does not resemble any current uniform; and

(f) Manuals or other materials relating to commercial transportation, including safety manuals issued by commercial airlines and entities operating subways, trains or buses, that clearly, truthfully and accurately indicate that the material is obsolete and no longer in use.

5.3Anile.net shall also be exempted from the listing and sale prohibition in Section 5.1 (b) provided that the seller holds the appropriate license to sell the following items in Mainland China and that the sale does not constitute a relevant online transaction:

(a) Police equipment and related products, regardless of (state), cannot be used to cause harm, nor can they be used to restrict

Step 6: Medication

6.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

(a) Prescription drugs, radiopharmaceuticals, hormones and drugs containing prohibited ingredients, apis and intermediates;

(b) Vaccines and specialty medicines, such as stimulants and blood products;

c) Any product containing pharmaceutical ingredients related to sexual health, including but not limited to medicines, supplements, topical skin products, sprays, essential oils, traditional Chinese medicines, food products and other products containing these ingredients

d) Any product that claims or proposes to enhance sexual function or advertising effect, such as delayed ejaculation or aphrodisiac quality, including dietary supplements, foods, topical skin products

(e) Weight loss or health products containing prohibited ingredients or medical claims;

(f) dermal filler products such as botulinum toxin and lecithin

(g) Herbal medicines such as cannabis flowers, cannabis powder and certain CBD-related products; and

(h) Over-the-counter drugs.

6.2 Sellers who hold industry-specific qualifications required for manufacturing enterprises and sellers who hold relevant production licenses are exempted from the prohibition in section 6.1 (f) above:

(a) hyaluronic acid

7. Pornographic, violent, vulgar and obscene material

7.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

a) any pornographic, violent, vulgar or obscene material as defined or understood in any applicable law or regulation of any major jurisdiction (including but not limited to China, Hong Kong, Nigeria, Cameroon, etc.) or any applicable country;

(b) any condemnation, encouragement or suggestion of bestiality, sexual abuse, rape, incest, sexual acts involving graphic violence or the depravity of any living or animal, or sexual acts involving minors;

(c) audiovisual products that contain pornographic and obscene content, or account numbers and invitation codes for websites that allow access to such products;

(d) sex toys or dolls that include nudity or other sexually explicit images in their product descriptions, names or images (regardless of whether such nudity involves a real person, dummy or simulated genitalia, etc.);

(e) Second-hand underwear;

f) any product that contains language that promotes blood, violence, indecent and vulgar ideas, or that uses such language in its product description, name or image.

7.2 Considering whether a particular list should be removed from Anile.net on the basis of a violation of Article 7.1 above, Anile.net will consider the full contents of the list, including images, pictures, text and inference.

8. Ring devices and other equipment used for illegal purposes

8.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

(a) any product designed to misrepresent an individual's identity or personal information, whether forged, forged or genuine, such as official documents, certificates, official seals, MEDALS and other identity documents issued by government authorities, as well as equipment and materials that can create, forge or alter such products;

(b) Financial certificates and bank cards, as well as equipment, materials and methods that can be used to forge such items and related documents;

c) Software and devices that can be used to monitor the activities of others, whether secret, stolen private information or confidential information, such as coils, software that grants the user control of another computer;

d) any item that can be used to gain unauthorized access to protected, restricted or premium services, such as television programs (such as satellite and cable television), Internet websites, telephone applications, information data or other such services, such as decontamblers and decoders;

e) any illegal program (whether due to counterfeiting or regional restrictions) or hacking software that allows access to the unauthorized property or content of the software user;

f) any product that provides information or instructions on "how to" use any of the devices listed in Section 8.1, for example, instructions on how to use a decoder to access paid streaming services for free;

g) Any product that intentionally blocks, interferes with, or interferes with authorized radio communications or other authorized signals, such as cellular and personal communications services, police radars, Global Positioning systems (GPS), wireless network services (Wi-Fi), signal boosters, signal jammers, etc. ;

h) Any device used to illegally take photographs, video recordings, sound recordings or other information or evidence collection, such as hidden cameras, pinhole cameras, etc. ;

Point-of-sale (POS) systems (including MPO), card readers and other payment terminals with data collection functions or financial transact-related functions or financial authentication functions, including but not limited to UnionPay certification, Visa PayWave, PCI certification, etc. ;

j) any other items that may facilitate an individual's access to unauthorized content, information, control or property; and

(k) any other unlawful tool or device that may assist either party in committing the crime, such as lock pickers, special theft tools, bank card readers and skimmers.

9. Illegal services and products obtained by illegal means

9.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of services that actually provide or purports to provide the following related services:

(a) services and related products normally provided by the Administration, such as:

I. Official government-issued identity documents such as birth certificates, driver's licenses, passports and visas;

II. Application for the above documents has been completed;

III. Any material, equipment or process designed to produce a government-issued document, such as a hologram for a driver's license, a passport booklet;

(b) Services for the creation of invoices or receipts in any form (including blank, pre-filled, value-added invoices or receipts);

(c) Financial services, including money transfers, issuance of bank guarantees and letters of credit, loans, raising of funds for personal investment purposes, etc. ;

(d) Insurance services, including brokerage firms;

e) Any service provided solely for the purpose of collecting personal information;

(f) Medical or health services, such as medical treatment, rehabilitation, vaccinations, health examinations, psychological counselling, nutrition, plastic surgery and massage services;

g) Services that provide bulk E-mail or mailing lists containing personally identifiable information, including names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, and E-mail addresses;

h) Services that use software or other tools designed or used to send unsolicited commercial E-mail (i.e., "spam") on behalf of the Buyer, as well as the software and tools themselves;

(i) Vacancies seeking direct recruitment of temporary or full-time staff;

(j) Any service that provides or requires the provision of any personal and non-commercial information;

(k) Money-laundering, illicit financing, illicit remittances, inquiry services related to the financial sector, such as banks and loan companies;

l) Personal privacy information and internal data of the Company;

(m) personal mobile phone location spoofing, phone number listings and bank account inquiries;

(n) Legal advice, lotteries, gaming and applications for educational certificates;

(o) Sexual, including pornographic videos (pre-recorded or live videos, whether interactive or not);

(p) Companionship and conversation;

(q) Debt recovery;

r) Adding services for fans, viewers or five-star suggestions and reviews; and

s) Illegally evading or avoiding any payment, such as taxes, phone bills, cash, stamp duty.

9.2 Anile.net also prohibits the listing and sale of any product obtained or manufactured by any illegal means, including but not limited to stolen property, counterfeit products, and products that violate the rights of third parties.

10. Collections, artifacts and precious metals

10.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of:

(a) statutory tenders, financial assets, postmarks, credit and debit cards, such as currency, coins, financial warrants, bank notes, stocks, bonds, currency orders, interest on investments, and equipment and materials used or sold for the production of such items;

(b) Counterfeiting of the articles listed in Article 10.1 (a), regardless of their form and quality, where the articles listed in paragraph 10.2 (a) may be mistaken for materials and equipment used in the manufacture of the articles listed in article 10.3 (b);

(c) any form of virtual or digital currency, such as cryptocurrencies and dedicated equipment for mining any form of virtual currency related accessories;

(d) Gold, silver and other precious metals in their natural form, whether or not they have been processed and refined (jewellery containing precious metals is not covered here);

(e) Rough diamonds and "conflict minerals" mined in conflict areas, such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo, directly or indirectly benefit armed groups, including through mining licences.

(f) antiquities, fossils, artifacts, historical tombstones and related objects protected by the laws of major jurisdictions, including but not limited to China and other countries in Africa;

(g) Gemstones that have been irradiated or artificially enhanced in clarity, such as glass-filled rubies.

10.2 Anile.net exempts the prohibition under Article 10.1 above:

a) The coin is a copy or replica of a collectible marked "copy", "copy" or "replica" and complies with all relevant local laws.

11. Human parts, human remains and protected flora and fauna

11.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

(a) Human body parts and residues, such as organs, bones, blood, sperm and eggs;

(b) any animal or plant species protected by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) or any other similar local laws or regulations and tools used to cook or process such products (in part or in whole, including skins, skin, internal organs, teeth, claws, shells, bones, tusks, ivory, logs, roots, and other parts);

(c) any product made from sharks or Marine mammals and/or containing any ingredients, and specialized equipment for the slaughter or processing of such articles;

(d) Body parts and remains of generally accepted domestic animals (such as dogs and cats), such as internal organs, bones, blood, semen and eggs, and specialized equipment for the slaughter or processing of such items; and

(e) Live animals, animal waste, plants, seeds and related products.

11.2 Unless otherwise notified, Anile.net exempts itself from the prohibitions set out in Article 11.1 above:

(a) Under section 17.1 (d), articles made from human hair, such as wigs used for commercial purposes.

12. Offensive material and information that undermines national security

12.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of:

(a) Any publications and other media containing state secrets or information on national security or public order;

(b) Any information that supports or promotes violations of State sovereignty, terrorist organizations or discrimination based on race, sex or religion;

c) Any item, whether the item itself or the product description, that Anile, any reasonable individual, community or government agency might consider racially or racially offensive. Users of Anile.net must ensure that any text or graphics used in the product or in the product description show appropriate sensitivity to persons who may appear on the list;

I. The listing and sale of content relating to offensive products, subject titles or product descriptions are prohibited in this Clause 12.1 (c) and are only exempted by Anile.net in its sole discretion if the product is of historical value or if the text/graphics used in the listing theme or description are inseparable from the item itself;

d) Any product that directly or indirectly advocates, promotes or otherwise supports war, confrontation, terrorism or other extreme ideologies (such as fascism or Nazism).

13. Tobacco products

13.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of:

(a) Tobacco products, including but not limited to cigars, cigarettes, tobacco cigarettes, pipe tobacco, pipe tobacco, chewing tobacco, tobacco leaves and machines capable of rolling more than one cigarette at a time, and machines capable of rolling more than 200 cigarettes in a 20-minute period;

(b) All e-cigarettes, including but not limited to nicotine and other e-liquids, vape pods, e-cigarette devices, and vape kits containing vape pods and e-cigarette devices;

(c) all relevant e-cigarette accessories, including but not limited to atomizers, vape tubes, vape pens, vape filters, vape batteries, e-liquid refills, and vape packaging; and

d) Producing atomized vapors, vape nicotine, and other vaping-related products.

13.2 Anile.net exempts the following items from the prohibitions detailed in 13.1 above:

a) Equipment for the processing and production of tobacco by sellers residing in mainland China, but only after providing the appropriate production and marketing licenses to Anile.net.

14. Gambling equipment

14.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

(a) Equipment specifically used for gambling;

b) Gambling related information, such as horse racing tips.

14.2Anile.net exempts the following products as described in Article 14.1 above:

a) Products that can be used for gambling but have other legitimate uses or purposes, such as playing cards and dice.

15. Inferior or non-compliant products that violate applicable laws and regulations

15.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

(i) Products identified, published, announced or recalled by the applicable regulatory authority or authority of any applicable country or region, (ii) products discontinued or disposed of from the market due to quality or safety concerns, or (iii) products that are invalid, expired or deteriorated;

(b) Products that do not adequately describe their poor quality, potentially defective or second-hand nature through product descriptions, such as used cosmetics, refurbished mobile phones, laptops and computers. ;

(d) Products that pose a high or potential safety risk to humans and the environment because they do not meet or comply with the safety standards or compliance requirements of applicable laws and regulations of any applicable country, such as magnetic toy balls or cubes with specific diameters and magnetic flux ranges;

(e) products that are not authorized by the applicable regulatory authority in any applicable country, such as unauthorized medical devices;

f) Products that can be described as real estate, such as land, apartments, houses, including the land on which they are located (structures that allow non-transfer of property/land ownership, such as prefabricated houses)

g) Products with unsubstantiated medical claims or claims related to COVID-19, including but not limited to infection cards, vaccine certificate certificates, COVID-19 related test kits, and any other products associated with COVID-19;

h) Products that have been determined to violate the applicable product safety laws or regulations of any applicable country.

16. Controversial products contrary to social morality, public order, good customs and humanitarian principles

16.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of the following:

(a) Strictly prohibit controversial or sensitive products that may (i) violate moral and humane boundaries, (ii) violate the fundamental norms of society anywhere, or (iii) disrupt any social order. Such items include, but are not limited to, abortion tools, genetically related products, products related to animal or organ cloning, products related to animal or human experimentation, or products likely to cause significant harm to the environment or society;

b) Anile has full discretion with respect to the products in this range, which may be revised from time to time.

The third part. Prohibited items subject to sanctions

17. Sanctions and prohibited items

17.1 Anile expressly prohibits the listing and sale of any product prohibited by laws, regulations, sanctions and trade restrictions in any country;

17.2 In accordance with the laws, regulations, sanctions and trade restrictions of certain countries, the listing and sale of Anile is expressly prohibited:

Part 4. Geographical specific prohibition

Based on changes in the international trade environment and the different legal and regulatory requirements of the applicable destination countries, Anile may implement geographic product control policies for different products in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the applicable countries. Anile.net reminds Anile.net users that any listing and/or transaction on Anile.net must be in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

18. Laser products

18.1 Anile.net prohibits the listing or sale of any laser product classified as Class IIIA in the following countries:

(a) South Africa

(b) Nigeria

(d) Kenya

(e) Senegal

18.2 Anile prohibits the listing and sale of any Class IIIB laser products.

18.3 Anile.net Primary and secondary laser products that are not subject to any restrictions or prohibitions are generally listed on Anile.net.

19 Illicit drug manufacturing equipment

19.1 Anile.net prohibits the listing and sale of any illicit drug manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to any manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic pill press used to fill soft capsules or hard capsules with any powder, granule, semi-solid or liquid material, Any products in the following countries can be classified as pill presses, tablet presses and molds, capsule fillers and soft gelatin sealers, or any parts, molds or molds associated with the above machines:

20 Radio Equipment

20.1 Anile.net prohibits the listing and sale of any radio equipment, such as (i) electrical or electronic products intended to transmit and/or receive radio waves for radiocommunication and/or radiometrical purposes, (ii) electrical or electronic products which must be equipped with accessories, such as antennas, and (ii) electrical or electronic products which must be equipped with accessories, such as antennas. To intentionally transmit or receive radio waves for radiocommunication or radiodetermination purposes, (iii) Repeaters, (iv) signal boosters;

21 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

21.1 PPE is a restricted product category on Anile.net that allows only selected qualified sellers notified by Anile.net to list PPE products for sale.

22 Disposable plastic products

22.1 Anile.net prohibits the listing and sale of single-use plastics, Including, but not limited to, cotton bud rods (other than medical devices), plastic tableware, plastic plates, plastic strips (other than medical devices), beverage stirrers, rods for attaching and supporting balloons (other than balloons for industrial or other professional uses and applications), beverage containers and food containers made of expanded polystyrene (including LIDS and LIDS), Any products manufactured using oxygen-degradable plastics, etc., in the following countries:

22.2 Anile.net is exempt from the restrictions set out in Article 22.1 provided that clear legal marking is provided on both sides of the product packaging or directly on the product itself to inform the buyer of the presence of plastic in the product and of appropriate waste management options for the product, including the importance of avoiding litter:

(a) pads (pads), tampons and tampon applicators;

(b) wipes, i.e. pre-wet personal care and household wipes;
