These Terms of Use describe the terms and conditions that apply to your access to and use of websites, mobile websites, mobile applications and other portals, This document is a legally binding agreement between you as a user of the Website (referred to as "You", "your" or "User") and an Anile.net contracting entity (reference herein to "us", "us" or "anile.net") as determined in accordance with Section 2.1 below.
1. Application and acceptance of the Terms

1.4 If Anile.net publishes or provides a translation of the English version of these Terms, you agree that the translation is provided for convenience only and that the English version will govern your access to and use of the Services or Website.
1.5 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms and the Additional Agreement, the Additional Agreement shall take precedence over the terms of the relevant services (or features within the Services), whether online or offline.
1.6 The terms may not be amended unless in writing by an authorized officer of Anile.net.
2. Provide services
2.1 If you are a registered member of any website and you are from Mainland China, you will sign a contract with Yiwu Yifeitong Network Technology Co., LTD.
If you are a registered member of any website and you are from Hong Kong or Macau, the entity you have contracted with Anile is anile.net Hong Kong Limited.
If you are a registered member of any website and (a) you are from a place other than Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau; Or (b) you access and use Anile.net from any relevant jurisdiction and you enter into a contract with Anile.net Hong Kong E-commerce Pte LTD. Because some or some of the services may be supported and provided by Anile.net's affiliates, Anile.net may delegate some of the services to its affiliates.
2.2 In order to access and use certain services, you must register as a member on the Website. In addition, Anile reserves the right to restrict access to or use of certain Services (or any features within the Services) to make payments to Users without prior notice, or to be subject to such other conditions as Anile may impose in its sole discretion.
2.3 The Services (or any features in the Services) may vary by region and country. The User is not provided with warranties or representations of the same type and scope for specific services or features or features. Anile may, in our sole discretion, restrict, deny or create different levels of access to and use of any of the Services (or any features within the Services) and respect different users.

2.5 Anile.net's subsidiaries may provide some services on behalf of Anile.net.
2.6 Anile.net Promotional services provided under the following terms shall include: 1) Top and sponsored lists; 2) Use user content on software, applications, tools, browser extensions and/or platforms operated and/or controlled by Anile (" Anile Channels "), Services that directly or indirectly benefit, promote, support User's business, User's brands, products, stores, logos, trademarks, service marks, User content (as defined in Clause 3.7 of these Terms) and/or derivative works, websites and/or any other form of media operated and/or controlled by third parties (" Third party channels "); 3) Anile.net announces any other services from time to time.
Anile reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide you with the promotional Services or any part thereof.
3. General users
3.1 As a condition of your access to and use of the Site or Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when accessing or using the Site or Services.
3.2 You agree that (a) you will not copy, copy, download, republish, sell, distribute or resell any services on or through the Site or any information, text, images, graphics, video clips, sounds, directories, files, databases or listings (" Site Content "), And (b) You will not copy, copy, download, compile or otherwise use any Site Content for the purpose of doing business with Anile, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site Content. 3.4Anile may allow users to access content, products or services offered by third party websites through hyperlinks (in the form of text links, banners, channels or otherwise), apis or other means. Please read the terms and conditions of this website and/or the Privacy Policy before using this website. You acknowledge that Anile has no control over such third party sites, does not monitor such sites and is not responsible for such sites or any content, products or services available on or through such sites.
3.5 You agree not to take any action to compromise the integrity of the computer systems or networks of Anile.net and/or any other user, or to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks.
3.6 You agree not to take any action that may compromise the integrity of the Anile feedback system, such as using a secondary member ID or providing non-material negative feedback through a third party or to another user.

4. Member account
4.1 Users must register on the Website to access or use certain services (registered users are also referred to as "members"). Except for Anile.net approval, a user can only register one member account on the website. Anile.net may cancel or terminate user accounts if Anile reasonably suspects that a user has registered for or controls two or more member accounts at the same time. In addition, Anile may refuse the user's application for registration for any reason.
4.2 After registration on the Website, Anile.net will assign each registered user an account and publish a member ID and password (selected by the registered user during registration). The account may have a web-based email account that provides limited storage space for members to send or receive emails.
4.3 A set of member ids and passwords are unique to a single account. Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Member ID and password, as well as all uses and activities (whether authorized or not) that occur under your account. Members may not share, assign, or allow others to use your Membership account, ID, or password, even to other individuals within the Member's own business entity (if applicable). If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of account security, the Member agrees to notify Anile immediately.
4.4 The Member agrees that all use of the Site and Services and all activities that occur under your account (including but not limited to Posting any company or product information, clicking to accept any additional agreements or rules, subscribing to or paying for any services, using your email account to send emails or send text messages) must be authorized by the Member.
4.5 Members acknowledge that sharing your account with others, or allowing multiple users outside of business entities to use your account (collectively, "multiple uses"), may cause irreparable harm to other users of Anile.net or the Website. Members shall indemnify Anile, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents and representatives for any loss or damage (including but not limited to lost profits) suffered as a result of repeated use of your account. Members further agree that in the event of repeated use of your account or Member's failure to maintain the security of your account, Anile.net shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member's account without liability to Member.
5. Responsibilities of members
5.1 Each Member represents, warrants and agrees that: (a) You have the full power and authority to accept the terms, grant licenses and authorizations, and perform the obligations of this Agreement; (b) Your access to and use of the Site and Services for commercial purposes only; (c) For the purposes of these Terms, branches or liaison offices shall not be treated as separate entities and your principal place of business shall be treated as your head office.
5.2 Members will be required to provide information or materials about your entity, business or products/services as part of the Website registration process in order for you to access and use any Services or Member account (b) You will maintain and promptly revise all information and materials to keep them true, accurate, current and complete.

5.6 Each Member further represents, warrants and agrees that you will: a) conduct activities on the Site in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations; b) conduct business transactions with other users of the website in good faith; c) carry out activities in accordance with the Terms and any applicable additional agreements; d) Not use the Services or websites to issue fines to any person or entity (including but not limited to selling stolen items, using stolen credit/debit cards); e) Not infringe upon any person or entity, misrepresent yourself or your relationship with any person or entity; f) Do not engage in spam or phishing; (g) Not to participate in any other illegal activities (including but not limited to criminal offences, civil liability, etc.), or encourage or engage in any illegal activities; h) does not involve copying, copying, exploiting or confiscating the various proprietary directories, databases and listings of Anile.net; (i) any computer virus or other destructive device and code that does not damage, interfere with, intercept or confiscate any software or hardware systems, data or personal information; j) does not involve any scheme to compromise the integrity of data, systems or networks used by any user of Anile.net and/or the Website, or to gain unauthorised access to such data, systems and networks; k) No, your directors, officers, controlling parties, affiliates and jurisdictions in which any of the persons or entities indicted are not organized or conducting business and are not subject to any economic or fraudulent sanctions by any governmental, international or regulatory entity; (l) Not engage in any activity that may create any liability for Anile.net or our affiliates.
5.7 Members shall not use the Website, services or Member account for the same or similar activities as Anile's e-commerce Marketplace business.
5.8 If a Member gives a business reference, member's representative, warranty and consent, you have obtained all necessary consents, approvals and waivers in connection with (a) acting as a business reference; (b) publish and publish their contact details and information, reference letters and comments on their behalf; (c) Third parties may contact such businesses to support a claim or statement made against you. You further represent and agree that all reference letters and comments are true and accurate and that third parties may contact Business Reference persons without obtaining your consent.
5.9 The Member agrees to provide all necessary information, materials and approvals for the provision of the Services by Anile.net and to provide all reasonable assistance and cooperation in assessing whether the Member has breached the terms and/or in dealing with any complaints against the Member. Anile has no obligation to extend the relevant service term and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the delay, suspension or termination.
5.10 Members acknowledge and agree that Anile.net reserves the right to proactively monitor or exercise any editorial control over the content of any messages, materials or information (including user content) created, obtained or accessed through the Services or the Website. Anile.net does not endorse, validate, or otherwise certify the content of any comments or other material or information (including user content) created, submitted, posted, displayed, or otherwise made available by any member. Each member is solely responsible for the content of their communications and may be legally responsible for the content of their comments or other material or information.
5.11 Members acknowledge and agree that the Website and Services may only be used by the business and its representatives for commercial purposes and not for individual consumer or personal use.
5.12 Members acknowledge and agree that each Member is solely responsible for compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of its respective jurisdiction to ensure that all access to and use of the Site and Services comply with the same laws and regulations.
5.13 Representatives, warranties and consents of each member
(a) You and your affiliates shall comply with applicable laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, applicable laws and regulations regarding product safety, intellectual property, data privacy, consumer protection, product or regulatory certification, import and export controls, unfair competition, pricing, false advertising, labor, environment, health and safety, anti-bribery and anti-money laundering) in the conduct of your respective businesses;
(b) You and your affiliates are not the subject of any trade restrictions, sanctions or other legal restrictions imposed or proposed to be imposed by any country, international organization or jurisdiction (" relevant entities ");
(c) You and your affiliates do not provide products or services that may trigger any international trade restrictions, sanctions, or other legal restrictions on any related subject matter;
(d) neither you nor any of your parent or subsidiary companies provide any funds, goods or services directly or indirectly to the relevant entity;
(e) You will at all times comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations promulgated and enforced by the United Nations Security Council, the People's Republic of China, the United States of America, and any other country regarding products, services, software, and technologies that use the Services;
(f) If you and your affiliates are sellers of products that are required by local law to issue a warning, you will (i) immediately post a proposed warning on the Product details page as required by applicable law; (ii) Authorize Anile.net to issue proposal warnings on your behalf; And (iii) review or remove proposed warnings for products only if the prior warning requires modification or is no longer needed;
(g) You and your affiliates are responsible for compliance of your products with the laws and regulations of your local country, destination country and other applicable international conventions, including but not limited to labor laws and standards, such as the Forced Labor Convention 1930 and the Forced Labor Abolition Convention 1957. If it is not permitted to own, sell, buy, export, import or manufacture products in one or more countries, the Site reserves the right to remove the list of such products from those countries or to discontinue the sale of any such products in those countries.
If Anile has reason to believe that any of your conduct violates or threatens to violate any applicable law or regulation, Anile may, in its sole discretion, take appropriate action at any time, including, but not limited to, terminating the Services provided to you, closing the relevant purchase order, and terminating your account, while reserving all rights for any non-compliance or conduct of its members.
6. Violations by members
6.1Anile reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, modify or refuse to submit, post or display any material that we reasonably believe (i) violates any applicable law or regulation, (ii) violates the terms of this Agreement, (iii) may expose Anile or our affiliates to liability, (iv) infringes the rights of any third party, (v) any user content (in whole or in part) on the Site that may prejudice the interests of our members, third parties or Anile, or (vi) is found to be inappropriate in Anile.net's sole discretion.
6.2 Anile.net has the right to take appropriate disciplinary action if any Member breaches any of the Terms or if Anile.net has reasonable grounds to believe that such Member has breached any of the Terms. Including, but not limited to: (i) suspension or termination of a Member's account and any and all accounts associated with such account in Anile's sole discretion, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with such suspension or termination; (ii) Limit, downgrade, suspend or terminate your subscription to, access to, current or future use of any Service; (iii) remove any product listings or other user content that a Member has submitted, posted or displayed, or impose restrictions on the amount of product listings or user content that a Member may post or display; (iv) impose other restrictions on Members' use of any feature or function of any Service that Anile.net deems appropriate in its sole discretion; And (v) any other corrective action, discipline or punishment which, in Anile's sole discretion, may be necessary or appropriate.
6.3 Without limiting the generality of these Terms, a Member shall be deemed to be in breach of these Terms if: Anile has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member will or substantially fails to perform the contract with the third party, including, without limitation, that the Member using the Site and Services to provide products or services fails to deliver any items ordered by the third party after receipt of the purchase price, or that the items delivered by the Member materially fail to meet the terms and instructions outlined in your contract with the third party, (b) Anile has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Member has used a stolen credit card or other false or misleading information in any transaction with the counterparty, or (c) Anile believes that the Member's conduct may result in financial loss or legal liability for AnILE or our affiliates or any other user.
6.4 Anile.net reserves the right to cooperate fully with government or regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, private investigators and/or injured third parties investigating any alleged criminal or civil wrongdoing. In addition, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and policies, Anile.net may disclose members' identities, contact information, and/or information about members' accounts, transactions, or activities conducted through the Site, if requested by governments, regulatory or law enforcement agencies, or injured third parties, or as a result of subpoenas or other legal proceedings. Anile.net shall not be liable for any damages or consequences arising from such disclosures and Members agree not to bring any action or claim against Anile.net.
6.5 If Anile.net receives notice that a Member is in breach of any agreement or undertaking with any of Anile.net's affiliates, Anile.net may at any time, in its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate a Member's use of any Service or Website without liability to the Member! Such violations involve or are reasonably suspected to involve dishonest or fraudulent activity. Anile reserves the right to investigate such violations or request confirmation from members.
6.6 Each Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Anile.net, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all damages, losses, claims and liabilities (including fully reimbursed legal fees) arising out of your submission, Posting or display of any User Content, access to or use of the Site or Services, or breach of the Terms or any additional agreement.

8.8 Regardless of any future terms, total liability of Anile.net, our employees, agents, affiliates, representatives of or any person acting on our behalf for any claims arising out of access to or use of the Site or Services during any calendar year shall be limited to (a) the amount of fees paid by the User to Anile in exchange for access to and use of the Site and Services during a calendar year. And (b) the maximum amount permitted by applicable law. The prior judgment shall not preclude the user's requirement to prove actual damages. All claims arising from the use of the Site or Services must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the disappearance of the cause of action, or such longer period as may be required by applicable law.
8.9 The limitations and exclusions of your liability under this Section shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, whether or not Anile has notified or should be aware of the possibility of any such loss.
9. Force Majeure

10.4 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all right, title and interest in any derivative works created by Anile.net and/or its affiliates using User Content pursuant to these Terms shall belong to Anile.net and Anile.net may freely transfer, license or grant to any third party or its affiliates.
11. Notification
11.1 All legal notices or requests made to or in respect of Anile.net shall be given in writing and sent by Courier or certified mail to the following entities and addresses: Anile.net Hong Kong Company, 26 / F, 1 Matheson Street, Times Square, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, addressed to: Legal Division.
