We at Anile.net (" We ", "we") recognize the importance of the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. Anile is a B2B platform that connects and facilitates the sale and purchase of products and/or services between suppliers (or "sellers") and buyers (or "buyers"). The platform is used for business-to-business transactions and is therefore only available for use by businesses, not individuals or individuals. This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which Anile.net collects, uses and discloses information related to the operation of the Platform, including personal information of Platform visitors, buyer and seller representatives and employees (" You "). This Privacy Policy also applies to the use of our platform through mobile devices, whether through a mobile app or a mobile-optimized website. A. Information collection

 

The personal information we may collect about you falls broadly into the following categories:

 

Information you provide to us

 

If you are a representative or employee of any buyer or seller or sole trader:

 

You will be asked to provide certain contact information for Platform account registration on behalf of the Buyer or seller, including name, address, phone number, email address, title, and department;

 

You will be asked to provide certain identifying information, tax registration and/or related information about your business, such as your company name, business type and industry, company registration details and information about your business license;

 

If you are a seller, we will also ask you to provide details of the goods and products you intend to sell through the platform, as well as details of sales/transactions on Anile.net;

 

If you are a buyer, we will also ask you to provide details or preferences about goods and products that you may be interested in purchasing through the Platform, and any details or preferences related to your purchase;

 

If you are successfully certified as a blogger or influencer by Anile.net, in addition to the above information, we may also collect your live video, your social media account name and profile photo, and posts or comments from other users of the platform;

 

In order to facilitate transactions, purchases and payments on the Platform, you will be asked to provide certain payment information. This may include bank account numbers, billing and delivery information, credit/debit card numbers, expiration dates and security codes, as well as tracking information for check or currency orders to facilitate sales and purchases, and settlement of purchase prices for products or services traded or procured through the Platform;

 

We will process any information provided to us in connection with disputes or supporting complaints relating to the Platform or goods and/or services purchased through the Platform. Please note that the buyer and/or seller may submit complaints about products and services to the Platform and/or disputes between the buyer and seller submitted to the Platform, in which case we will process the data provided to us by the buyer and/or seller in connection with the submitted disputes or complaints. This may include the health data of end users of products purchased on the Platform (which may include minors, if applicable), the scope of which relates to disputes or complaints reviewed by the Platform, and the scope to which individuals have expressly consented to share their data with us for the purpose of processing complaints and/or resolving disputes.

 

The information you submit to the Platform for publication is publicly available on the Platform and accessible to any Internet user. You should exercise caution when deciding what information to submit to us for publication.

 

In order to facilitate your use of the services offered on the Platform (including websites and/or mobile applications), we may request access to content stored on your device, which you may provide to us, including but not limited to contacts in address books, photos, videos and/or other files. If you use our communication tools on the platform (especially voice communication), we may need to access your camera and/or microphone and may record your voice.

 

Information we collect automatically

 

If you contact us (such as via our Customer Service chat service, telephone or email), we may record a copy of your communication and may request additional information to verify your identity.

 

We will collect users' contact information and other information from publicly available sources in order to verify users and perform due diligence on users.

If you choose to participate in the review or rating of products and/or services on Anile.net, we may receive personal information about you from third parties who work with us in order to review and/or rate our services.

 

 

B. Use of personal information

 

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

 

Verify your identity and perform security, KYC (Know Your Customer) and anti-money laundering due diligence and background checks to set up user accounts;

 

Verify your eligibility to register as a Platform user in accordance with our terms of use here;

 

Setting up/managing user accounts, including providing login ids and development platform profiles;

 

Provide customer service support for users; Responding to inquiries, feedback and managing claims and/or disputes;

 

Facilitate communication between buyer and seller through the platform, process transactions and settlements between buyer and seller on the Platform, and evaluate the funds requested by seller for withdrawal;

 

Provide logistics and warehousing services (including but not limited to customs declaration through the platform);

 

Facilitate customs clearance declarations/applications through the platform;

 

Assess and monitor account security and transaction risks for Anile.net users to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering and other security incidents;

 

Send and deliver customized marketing and advertising that we believe will be of interest to you based on your use of the Platform, browsing history and order history;

 

Conduct research or statistical analysis to improve the content and layout of the platform and to improve the product offerings and services on Anile.net, for example, using anonymized data for machine learning purposes;

 

Identify, develop, market and advertise products and services that we believe you value, including across browsers and devices, in accordance with applicable law. Cookies or other similar technologies may be used to serve you advertisements based on your browsing activities and interests (see section E "Cookies" below). If required by applicable law, we will seek your consent before sending you marketing communications;

 

If you are a buyer, we will share details of the last viewed product on the Platform to enable the seller, their respective affiliates and/or their third party service providers to contact you with details about products and/or services that may be of interest to you. You may choose not to share this information with the seller through the Buyer's privacy Settings here.

 

When you use services that require access to content and/or features stored on your device (including, but not limited to, contacts, photos, videos, microphones, and/or cameras in your address book), we will use your photos, videos, contact information in your address book, and other personal information to respond to your requests, provide you with the requested services, and improve our services.

 

If permitted by applicable data protection laws, we may also use your personal information for other purposes that are incompatible with the purposes for which we disclose it to you (such as archiving for public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes).

 

 

C. Disclosure or sharing of personal information

 

We may disclose (or provide access to) personal information to recipients in the following categories:

 

Other platform users, where it is necessary to facilitate purchases and communications between you and other users.

We may also disclose and transfer your personal information to our professional advisors, law enforcement agencies, insurance companies, governments and regulatory authorities, and other organizations that we believe are necessary to comply with applicable law or to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights or protect your or anyone else's vital interests, or as required or permitted by applicable law.

 

To actual or potential purchasers (and their agents and advisers) in connection with any actual or proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business, provided we notify the Purchaser that it must use your personal information only for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

We may provide aggregated or anonymized data to third parties, but when we do, the information we share is provided in a non-identifying format that does not personally identify you.

 

We have established relationships with third parties and websites to provide you with products and services that we do not provide, including the following affiliated platforms of Anile.net or its operators: Anile Group websites and affiliates. We provide you with access to these other parties and their websites by using hyperlinks to these websites on our platform, or by offering "co-branded" websites where we and other parties share the same uniform Resource locator (URL), domain name, or pages within the domain name on the Internet. In some cases, you may be required to submit personal information to register for or apply for products or services offered by such third parties or co-branded partners. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these third party websites or co-branded websites. The privacy policies of these other parties may differ from ours, and we have no control over the information you submit to these third parties.
